Key Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to initiate any order.
The remaining balance is due upon collection of the machine or accessory.
No items will be released until full payment has been received.

2. Freight, Import, and Related Costs

Whilst there are import duties, permits, and shipping to be arranged, we will organize all of this on your behalf and bill you, the purchaser, on final Payment
These costs must be paid within 7 days of our receipt of the freight forwarder’s invoice.

3. Warranty and After-Sales Support

Each machine comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty, the scope of which may vary depending on the supplier.
We will handle all warranty claims during the warranty period, ensuring customers have a direct and reliable point of contact.
Only products purchased through our company will be eligible for warranty support.

4. Quality Control

We implement strict quality assurance procedures.
Random, additional, or routine inspections may be carried out during manufacturing by our verified suppliers.
Where possible, stock may be held locally to ensure faster turnaround for customers.

5. Order Commitment

Orders will not be placed until the deposit is received.
Once an order is confirmed and placed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable, as the importation process is immediately initiated.

6. Future Expansion

While we are currently sourcing products from China, we remain open to expanding our import network to additional countries as the business grows.
